Q: My business has a reseller certificate - how can I get this applied to my order?
A: Prior to placing your order, please send a copy of your valid reseller certificate, along with your contact details to: firstname.lastname@example.org .
Q: Can I set up a wholesale account with net terms?
A: Businesses are able to access Net30 terms following approved credit checks and submission of current tax exemption certificates.

Q: What are the minimum order quantities?
A: The minimum per artwork is 25 pieces which = 1 pk.
The minimum spend per order = $185
Q: I forgot to apply my discount code, can I apply it post transaction?
A: Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and an account manager will contact you to assist.
Q: I’ve placed an order, when will I get my barcode information?
A: Barcode data will be sent within 3 business days of your order processing.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Orders will dispatch between 6-8 business days from order & shipping will take between 2-5 business days - so you should receive your stickers between 8-13 business days from order placement.
Q- I have a problem with my order, how do I make a return?
A - Returns are accepted up to 14 days after the delivery date.
Please submit a return request here and your account manager will be in touch within 2 business days to arrange a replacement or a refund if your item is faulty.
Q - How are the ‘Retail Ready’ stickers packaged?
A - To ensure minimal landfill, we do not individually package the stickers. Instead, the sticker itself has the barcode information and punch hole incorporated, so it’s literally ready to hang in store.
Please note - we do put the pack quantity ie 25 pieces per artwork in small polybags to facilitate stock management and then all polybags within a box for shipping to you.
Q - Are the stickers biodegradable?
A - No.
Q - Are the stickers removable?
A - Yes. The vinyl does not leave a sticky residue when removed.
Q - Are the stickers reusable?
A - Yes. If the sticker and the surface to which it is to be applied is clean and smooth.
Q - Are the stickers waterproof?
A - They are water resistant but not waterproof - meaning… they can withstand some exposure to water but not being submerged for long periods
Q - Can the stickers go in the dishwasher?
A - Yes - in the top shelf but we recommend handwashing of water bottles with stickers applied
Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: No - We only ship in the U.S.A at this time.
Q: Can I get a sample?
A: Yes - we can dispatch a sample to show you the material and layout once we have verified your business. Please complete the form - link here and an account manager will contact you within 2 business days regarding the expected time for a sample to be delivered.
Q: How do I know if my sticker is in stock?
A: There is no printed stock. All orders are printed as they are received, on a dedicated machine. This production method limits waste, as our print partners just hold stock of the vinyl and the inks.
Q: Can I order custom stickers or other artwork I have seen on the Redbubble Marketplace in this ‘retail ready’ format?
A: No, not at this time, as we are busy building content from the top sellers on Redbubble. However, if there are key themes or content your customers require that we are missing, please drop us a note at email@example.com and we can potentially include in the next quarterly content update.
Q: Can I use my discount code for this site on redbubble.com?
A: No. Discount codes are not transferable between our websites.
